House Hunting Chapter 2

Here are a few houses that we've looked at. I am going to list the pros and cons for each house. Two are in South Lyon and one is in Plymouth. We definitely like them enough to keep them on the list for now. There is also house in Novi and a house in Milford that we are waiting to see, (Hopefully this week) that we LOVE! So I will let you all know about those two soon!:)

House #1: Plymouth
Pros: Location! Location! Location!
Its a short walk to downtown, and its in okay condition (a little outdated)
Cons: Its SMALL, not a lot of house for the money. We are not sure how long we could live in a house this size before we HAD to move. :Sigh: Its Plymouth though!







































































House #2: South Lyon
Pros: ITS HUGE! Lots of house for the money, it seems to be in good condition. The schools and location are great. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Cons: Its a foreclosure. So we wont know what the real condition of the house is until we pay an inspector to come in and tell us!




















































































House#3: South Lyon (Our Favorite)
Pros: the price, the house is clean and in move-in condition, the location and the schools are great! It has three bathrooms and 2.5 baths and is a good size.
Cons: It has an offer on it already that has been accepted as long as inspections/ bank approval go through!!!:( We are waiting to hear if it falls through...
